Panna Cotta
Panna Cotta is an amazing Italian dessert that's so simple to make and worth the little extra effort. It's made here by one of NYC's premiere pastry chefs, Jenny McCoy.

Todd Ritondaro views story-telling as the opportunity to visit another world. With a bachelor's degree in film from NYU, he approaches each small project with as much artistic vision as he would a feature film. He is driven by a devout curiosity of finding the best of everything. His imagery reflects impeccable production values and a sense of magical realism, inspired by a love of mystery and secret delights.
From cooking to juggling, Todd thrives at activities that require both letting go of unnecessary strain and a simultaneous level of mindfulness. While making something as simple as a daily cup of espresso, he uses his presence in the procedure to remind himself of connections to other people, things, times, places, and even his own heritage. Todd’s philosophy is that perfection resides in the way details come together.
